How do people feel about performance and weight issues in their vehicle? 0-60 in X seconds is much easier in a light weight car than a big one. 0-60 in 6 sec or less means your car can basically fly. 400 miles on a tank is nice, who wouldn't like 600? 100 miles on 2 hrs charge would need to charge at about 100 amps
I myself am interested in electric cars because I am facinated with the technology. I already have an electric car. I want more, I want a change.
What do other people like?
Please say what you would like the Volt to do and whether that thing you want is the same as you are used to or whether it is a CHANGE from how it is now.... for you personally or the world as a whole.
I expect a range from: I want free energy, total comfort, enormous speed and size at minimum cost with no environmental side effects.... to: I wish everyone would stop driving long distances in big cars and stop using too much of everything.
Me? well both of the above answers come right from my heart. Kick it around. What do you want? How can we get there? Enjoy, revolt

I would like to have more stored energy on board in my vehicle. I want it to be inexpensive, easy to get, lightweight and not too dangerous. Oh yeah, I mean my electric vehicle, not the gas powered one. The amount I'm limited to now is 24killowatt hours in 1200 pounds of lead batteries. Energy could be in the form of lighter and smaller batteries, or it could be in the form of a fuel which can be converted into electricity (or inertia). I guess that's enough for now.
